Maintains compliance with USDA regulations where food
safety and quality are concerned. Develops and analyzes statistical data
and product specifications to determine present standards and establish
proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product. Oversee
all extremal and internal auditing of food safety and quality systems.
Evaluate pest control programs supplied by outside vendors ad attend
scientific conferences related to food safety and product quality. Other
duties as assigned.
