Food manufacturing company seeking a Food Quality
About the Job:
The Quality Control Manager will oversee the overall
quality and safety of the company’s food products. The candidate will
review our existing quality & safety standards, including our HACCP
program, and modify them as needed to enhance quality control and maintain
documentations. They will train production staff in areas that need
attention to ensure quality of products are not compromised.
We are looking for someone with a scientific
background that has experience working with perishable products and finding
ways to extend the shelf life.
-5 years of experience
-BS in Food Chemistry, Biology, or similar (desired but not required)
-Close proximity to our facility (Baldwin Park, CA)
-Bilingual (English & Spanish)
