If that sounds like fun, the QA for Regulatory Compliance Program Leader is the job for you!

 

The Program Leader will ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory affairs and quality assurance requirements and regulations. They will implement and oversee quality system training, provide responses to regulatory agencies regarding product information or issues and provide regulatory guidance to Supply Chain Centers or other departments as needed. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining quality metrics for the Domino’s production facilities. Experience with metrics development and dashboard design are strongly preferred.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

 Implement and oversee quality system training

 

· Create course content related to safety, regulatory, quality assurance or food safety for Supply Chain Services, Supply Chain Centers or Stores including; job manuals and documentation, job aids, communication materials, webinars or other materials

· Provide in-person or remote training to team members as needed.  Conduct train-the-trainer instruction as necessary

· Conduct and create ongoing needs analysis on all courses; evaluate training methods and materials to determine effectiveness and recommend changes as needed as well as create and manage a system for evaluating programs and tracking participation

· Leverage subject matter experts to assist with creating and updating programs

· Identify, present, and implement new methods and ideas to facilitate successful learning opportunities to team members

· Work with subject matter experts to create, update and evolve segments and materials

· Design and maintain electronic training/tracking systems

 

Ensure regulatory compliance with quality assurance requirements and regulations

 

· Provide guidance to SCC’s regarding regulatory issues related to quality assurance, food safety, personal safety and environmental safety in the United States and Canada

· Compile and maintain regulatory documentation databases or systems

· Communicate with regulatory agencies regarding queries on regulatory content, timetables or impact potential to SCS, SCCs or stores

· Provide assistance in interpreting domestic or international laws, guidelines, standards,

regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure that they are communicated through corporate policies and procedures

· Review QA and safety policies and procedures for compliance with applicable regulations and policies

· Assist project teams on subjects such as premarket regulatory requirements, export and labeling requirements, or other QA or safety related compliance issues

· Maintain current knowledge base of existing and emerging regulations, standards, or guidance documents.

· Obtain and distribute updated information and recommend changes to company procedures in response to changes in regulations or standards

· Recommend and assist in updating standard operating procedures, work instructions, or policies in response to regulatory changes

· Identify relevant guidance documents, international standards, or consensus standards and contribute in theinterpretive evaluation.

· Recommend and assist in the development and implementation of team member regulatory training

· Lead cross functional teams to tackle solutions to regulatory/legislative issues

 

Qualifications:

 

· Bachelor’s degree in food science, regulatory compliance, training, or marketing or related discipline

· Minimum of 5-7 years professional experience working in training or regulatory discipline

· USDA, FDA, FSMA experience a plus

· Outside resource management (consultants, contractors, etc.) experience preferred

· Superior verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent public speaking and presentation skills

· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and be results-oriented

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

· Ability to travel as needed, approximately 20%
