responsible for supporting successful execution of Restaurant Compliance
Programs specific to the brand to ensure quality and food safety
throughout. Provides technical and solution focused support to operations
by providing leadership in quality enhancement, operations communications
and program improvements.
Food Safety/Quality Compliance: Develop and lead tracking and communication on key
store operations food safety indicators through the Food Standards Consultation,
CFF review, DOH Inspections, and Pest Management reports. Lead and manage
food safety and quality compliance and issue resolution with of food
distribution centers. Lead brand initiatives for continuous improvement in
these areas and develop solutions with cross-functional teams to ensure
customer satisfaction. (50%), Manage QA Hotiline
program including communication and resolution of supplier and DC issues.
KFC crisis management, developing and utilizing industry leading tools and
systems. Develop and implement farm to fork food safety initiatives
ensuring that critical Good Agricultural and Manufacturing Practices are
implemented at all levels for high-risk fresh produce commodities. (20%)
technical brand support to the KFC Food Innovation Team, UFPC, Operations,
Training and Marketing in regulatory quality assurance standards,
operations procedures and food safety requirements. Takes an active

Degree/Master’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health or
related field with 10+ years of strong project and people management
