Essential responsibility is to work with cross
functional teams in the development of new product formulations and/or
reformulation of existing products; product stabilization and training
staff to identify commercialized-ready products.
BS in Food Science or closely related field with up
to 2 years’ experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated experience in product development and
formulation from concept to completion.
Working knowledge of the Code of Federal Regulations,
experience with food safety, HACCP and quality regulations/programs is a

development of vegan cheese and or other vegan product is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and be on your feet.
