management team and participate in strategic planning, setting overall
policies, and assisting with decision-making processes which affect
operations as well as division and department goals. The position
plans, consults, and provides personnel management and coordination of the
fiscal operations for the division. This position serves as a back-up
to the Administrator and provides support in the administration of a
current budget of $17.2 million consisting of federal and state programs.
