Research and Development Project Leader
Successful candidate should have a minimum 2 year college degree (4 year degree a plus) in Food Science, Nutrition or Culinary Science or related field plus 2 years relevant work experience with food product development, food labeling, USDA/FDA/government regulated products; preferably with experience with frozen food.

Essential Functions: Manage details, action steps and timing for product development projects, effectively manage several projects simultaneously, maintain organized and updated files for existing product and products in development, communicate project updates regularly to Director of Marketing, R&D point of contact for all ingredient suppliers, R&D point of contact for all customer communications and issues.

Candidate should be highly organized and detail oriented and possesses strong communication skills with personnel from all fields of work as well as strong Microsoft Office skills.
