- The position will be located
at the company's research and development facility in Houston
6961 Brookhollow West Dr.,
Suite 190 Houston, TX 77040-3256
- Basic laboratory operations
will include wet chemistry, instrument setup, calibration,
troubleshooting, maintenance, data processing, extensive sample
preparation (precision dilutions, extraction, filtration,
centrifugation, etc.) and associated general lab responsibilities.
- The individual is required to
report results including use of various computing programs such as
Microsoft Excel and custom applications.
- Basic laboratory safety
skills (MSDS system, chemical storage, waste disposal, proper handling
of toxic or hazardous chemicals).
- GC/HPLC experience is
- Assist in new product
development and perform other duties as assigned.
- Fulltime position.
- A Bachelor degree in Chemistry/Food
Science/Biology or relevant fields with 1 or more years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of lipid
digestion and chemistry.
- Ability to work well with
others in a team environment.
- Strong work ethics and “can

participate in weekly laboratory meetings.
- Ability to prioritize and
