MANAGER – SALARY RANGE: $100,000 -
function of this position is to oversee the field laboratory
operations. This position is
responsible for ensuring that all regional laboratories operate effectively
and efficiently. Under the Regional
Manager’s direction laboratories follow all quality, training and
operational guidelines. Oversees
hiring of key regional management staff.
Works in conjunction with the Directory of Operations to ensure lab
standardization, metrics development and other key performance indicators
are measured and properly managed.
