This position will provide opportunities to drive on-demand beverage programs including coffee and specialty beverages. Also provides direct interaction with Retail Marketing, Operations, and other cross functions.


·         Conduct bench top product development for new on-demand beverage concepts

·         Develop and manage deliverables to achieve R&D timelines

·         Work collaboratively with other R&D functions including Packaging and Quality teams

·         Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance

·         Design and lead plant trials to commercialize new and QI/PI products

·         Create and manage specifications

·         Commercialize/start-up products



·         BS Food Science or Chem/Food Engineer

·         Willing to travel 20%

·         Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Product Development, Food Industry

·         Minimum 1 year of experience in Coffee Blend Development &/or Processing

·         Good Communication Skills [verbal / written]

·         Good Problem Solving Skills

·         Passion to learn

·         Self-starter

·         Expertise in Coffee or Dairy preferred
