The Food Safety
Technician is responsible for ensuring food safety and regulatory
- Auditing, documenting
and enforcing USDA and facility regulations.
- Handles daily
- Performs checks and
verification to ensure food safety and quality program is being followed.
- Assist in other duties
- Must have good judgment
and confidence to make regulatory decisions.
- Must have effective
- Strong attention to
- Able to work
- Must be able to work
weekends and overtime when necessary.
- Must be comfortable
working in both hot and cold environments.
