are seeking a Lab Technician with previous quality control experience in
the food industry. This position consists of testing and sampling all
products and ensuring that we are producing a safe, great tasting,
quality product that meets our specifications.
Facilitate HACCP compliance
Oversee product sampling and analysis process
Participate in microbiological control program
Ensure all products meet quality and safety specifications
via product testing
Calculate adjustments to batches and alter batches to meet
Participate in quality and sanitation programs
Facilitate regulatory compliance
B.S. Degree in Food Science or Life Science preferred but
Previous QC Experience
Knowledge of GMP's, SSOP's and HAACP (HAACP Certification
Experience in a food production facility a plus
