product audits and comparisons of like items. Other responsibilities

The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communications
skills. The technician must be able to interact well with others and able
to rationally discuss project plans as well as project results. The
candidate should be able to influence people in their opinions, attitudes
or judgments via customer presentations.
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in
Food Science. This position works in a state of the art test kitchen;
experience in that type of environment is beneficial. The applicant will
need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication
skills. Familiarity with Meat Science is a plus. Bilingual preferred.
