is responsible for assisting, managing, and administering a wide variety of
tasks related to business sales functions.
- Communicate on a regular
basis with Director of Sales, field sales
account managers, customers, and all internal departments.
- Assist CEO, Director of
Sales, and sales representatives with quotations and established
pricing mechanisms, inventory status on key products, sample
provisions, customer and competitor research, market trend analysis
- Support all sales account
managers to analyze customer data.
- Establish tools/reports to
identify trends, order patterns, etc.
- Be the liaison between sales,
application development, marketing and customer trends.
- Gather and prioritize product
and customer requirements defining the product vision, working closely
with engineering, sales, marketing and support.
- Establish better internal
forecast system to maintain adequate inventory levels of all products
by working with a cross functional internal team.
- Initiate, track, and
implement all new product activation forms for divisions. Determine
specifications and product time tables.
- Maintain pricing information
for all customers to ensure correct pricing is charged on Invoices as
coordinated with the Sales Support Assistant.
- Develop database with
competitors, market data, and any other pertinent information to share
- Conceptualize sales
supporting materials to increase sales in both USA and
- Bachelorís Degree. Food
Science, Grain Science, Nutrition or other related course of study is
- 1-2 years equivalent job
experience in an industrial/food manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with order
travel may be required but would be less than 25% of time
