Under the close
supervision of a more senior staff member, he/she is responsible for
technical studies directed toward the solution of entire problems or of
assigned portions of complex technical problems.
Execute and design experimental
procedures expected to yield information on his/her problem.
Lead a number of
professional and non-professional personnel junior to himself/herself in
the pursuit of his/her technical studies.
Collaborate with staff
members of other disciplines from within and outside of the company on

- The ability and initiative to
identify problems and opportunities, and to develop, recommend, and
implement effective solutions and courses of action
- The ability to work
independently with limited supervision
