Day to Day Accountabilities:
Respond to complaints and concerns, process issues, follow up on
cases, communicate directly with franchisees
Validation of incidents and performance using scientific and quality
assurance theory, practice and tools.
Maintain quality systems, laboratory services in support of the QA
Accountable for the administration, shipment and receipt of product
Responsible for the maintenance and organization of lab and storage
areas. Conduct and/or coordinate product performance evaluation,
measurement, and analysis.
Audit key international suppliers and manage corrective action
requirements within agreed time-bound plans
Support management of, requests for, and organization of
supplier-related documentation, for new supplier approval process, risk
assessment, ongoing updates, and other related items.
suppliers/CMLs/Cake Decoration Plants/warehouses/DCís and/or restaurant
processes & facilities against defined standards.
QA product evaluations and panels for the QA Manager with key suppliers and
internal cross functional teams.
laboratory process and equipment to assure accuracy and adherence to Dunkiní
Brands standards, requirements and specifications.
administer, review, and maintain quality databases, data, specifications,
formula information, labels, and related supporting documentation; and
create quality performance or other reports as needed.
records and files in accordance with quality systems requirement and
quality teamís needs.
Project Team Member
in new project initiation by gathering and processing project data and
requirements and by providing input on project progress and meeting
project management tools and disciplines to complete project
assignments and meet deadlines.
identify and resolve projectĖrelated risks and issues.
in the evaluation of the project by giving input for post-project
