JOB TITLE: Regulatory Documentation Specialist
LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ
REPORTS TO: VP Compliance
BACK UP FOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is
responsible for collection and maintain files of the latest revision
level documentation necessary for raw materials, finished goods and control
manufacturing processes. Also, maintain pertinent certification for
compliance. Perform clerical duties to generate the necessary documents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Populate Genesis and BatchMaster database with nutritional data, kosher
status and other food safety related information.
- Contact vendors for raw
material data and documentation
- Create Certificate of
Analysis for finished goods as required
- Maintain records for Organic,
Kosher Halal, Non-GMO and Gluten Free Certifications
- Support documentation for QA
and R&D departments
- Maintain preferred vendor
lists for each business
- Support customer
questionnaires and document requests
- Create and maintain
documentation for finished products.
- Create SDS for finished goods
- Organize data, keep updated
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No supervisory duties
Required Education: * Bachelorís Degree, Food Science
or other Science preferred Required Experience: * Basic math skills are
- Detailed-oriented with great
organizational skills. * Self-motivated, confident, energetic and
possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
* Project management experience
Legible charting and documentation skills. * Must be
able to speak, read and write fluently in English * Experience in Word,
- 2 yearís prior experience in
food production, quality assurance or food R&D preferred.
- Familiarity with
GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance programs is a PLUS.
- Experience with Genesis
Nutrition program a PLUS
- Experience with BatchMaster a PLUS
Physical Requirements: No limits, this position will
be in an office environment.
