Assist QA management team to ensure regulatory compliance. You are
responsible for ensuring all food safety and quality protocols are followed.
•Assist with reviewing and signing production records according to FDA/USDA
regulations for low acid and acidified foods.
•Communicate any non-compliance to QA management team.
•Support the writing and submission of process filings for low acid and
•Collect all necessary documents for deviation filing.
•Update all compliance forms for both aseptic and recart
•Responsible for maintaining plant calibration records.
•Assist in maintaining and organizing paper and electronic records as
•Support internal and external auditing (SQF) as required.
•Provide annual/new employee GMP/Food safety training
•Manage Alchemy training system
•Assist with sanitation and sanitation crew
•Provide backup to QA technicians and QA Document Analyst for both aseptic
•Assist with heat penetration (HP) testing at plant level.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent specializing in Food Science, Quality
Assurance or related field. Require two year of relevant experience,
