Scientist II, ACES & Productivity

The Food Scientist II will be an
individual contributor on the R&D Cost Saving & Productivity team.
Will be responsible for
leading projects across the company's brand portfolio to achieve
annual cost savings and sustainability targets by working
cross-functionally within the organization, leveraging strategic
vendors and partnering with key stakeholders and operations.
Manage a portfolio of
assigned food productivity projects through the various stages of the
product development life cycle.
Source ingredients and
establish strong relationships with vendors to achieve project
*Work within R&D to
develop technical solutions and prototypes to scale up.
Coordinate pilot plant
trials, plant trials, and production start-ups.
BS / MS Food Science,
Processing Engineering, or closely related
Must have at least 5 years’
of relevant experience with demonstrated examples of leading
successful commercialization of food products from concept through
Dairy, plant-based food
and/or beverage R&D experience also helpful.
Must be able to travel up to
50%, based on business needs.
