The R&D Lab Technician position is responsible for carrying out
blending in the lab according to predetermined recipes, and creating

- Carries out necessary product
analysis and reports the results to the manager.
- Ensures the laboratory raw
material storage in coordination with the manager.
- Maintains and cleans used lab
accessories and analytical apparatuses.
- Provides product-specific
master data in SAP system in accordance with / handing over to Data
- Provides information and data
for the maintenance of recipe documentation for Data Management.
- Assists in processing
customer projects (BtO) with need for
development regarding new raw materials and new B2B products.
- Assists in developing new raw
materials and new B2B products and their application.
- Assists in optimally timed
and qualitative processing of customer projects (BtO)
by adapting existing recipes as well as assisting in developing new
recipes (development recipes, basic recipes, customer recipes) by the
application of existing raw materials.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed
to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The
noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This
position is regularly exposed to wet, warm, humid and cold temperatures.
