The QA Auditorís primary responsibilities will be to audit
designated areas of the plant. These areas include but are not limited to
Shipping, Bakery, Kitchen, Pre-batch, Production and Packaging. Knowledge
of departmental SOPís and HACCP are required for all areas of the plant.
The audits will consist of assuring compliance to GMPís HACCP, TQC, and
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

High School Diploma and
minimum of 2-yearsí experience in a manufacturing environment

and Food Safety Principles.
