This position is
responsible for performing activities necessary for successful management
of R&D elements of the SAP software system which manages company wide resources. Leadership for the
R&D interfaces of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and specifically
the Recipe Development (RD) module which contains product specification
data essential to food safety, regulatory compliance, production, and
product performance of $8 billion in Pilgrims product sales. Position
will be the RD system, business process, Sharepoint
site, and training leader, serving as a liaison within R&D, with other
corporate departments, and over 30 plants involved.
