An accelerated training program for college graduates who
have proven the ability to excel in todayís fast-paced manufacturing
environment. The program will provide graduates, who wish to pursue a
career in Supply Chain or Operations Management and receive the opportunity
to get exposed to the various facets of Supply Chain within a diverse
manufacturing organization. The MDP is designed to provide ConAgra Foods
with future Supply Chain leaders who will contribute to the organizationís
recipe for growth. The MDP will build on associateís technical skill by
providing exposure to experienced ConAgra Foods professionals through
various manufacturing and division locations.
The Program is structured to last 18-24 months within one
facility to allow for consistent growth and individual development
opportunities. The Manufacturing Development Associate will be rotating
through several different facets of the manufacturing facility based on
business needs and participantís career aspirations. In addition, s/he may
be assigned to:
plant resources in the implementation of the improvement methodology.
continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost
and customer service.
and owning various functions of the business and creating an engaged
and team oriented work force in order to improve business results.
production staff to attain production and quality goals.
problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolves issues.
production resources including materials, equipment and human
resources are available as needed to maintain production schedules.
implementation plans and standards and/or leads the planning and
implementation for one or more critical improvement processes.
training and qualifies plant resources. Tracks implementation and
the products meet and/or exceed the requirements specified by our
internal and/or external customers including government regulations
required information for products, policies and procedures are
documented, updated, and available when requested
analysis for data trends on raw material, work in process, and
finished product. Analyze trends and/or process control opportunities
core-responsibilities in the ConAgra Performance System (CPS)
Manage and execute Plant processes
and lead an (Participate) engaged team oriented workforce
degree in programs related to Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations,
Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Food Science or
GPA of 2.8
to grow within ConAgra Foodís Supply Chain and Manufacturing
Department while upholding ConAgra Foodís values- Accountability,

to travel up to 20%
