BS degree in Food Science, Microbiology,
Environmental Health or other related area.
HACCP and Seafood HACCP Certification -
1-3 years of experience in operational
food safety and quality assurance.
Excellent oral and written presentation,
communication, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to attend to detail,
focus on service and willingness to learn.
Demonstrated program implementation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
