Food Services Quality Assurance Manager

The Food Services Quality Assurance Manager is part of the Office of Facilities and Mission Delivery, Services Division, which oversees all aspects of food services at CIA.
Responsibilities for the Food Services Quality Assurance Manager include daily oversight of the CIA food services program to include food safety, catering/special events, and an executive level dining facility; monitoring the food service contractor's performance in fulfilling the technical requirements of the contract, to include adherence to the Statement of Work, creating award term criteria, and providing award term feedback; tracking point of sales data and benchmarking with other government agencies; and serving as customer liaison, duties which include, developing actionable plans for improvement of services and responding to all customer feedback.
Minimum qualifications include:
· BA degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or Culinary Arts. Experience will be considered in place of a degree.
· Minimum of five years' experience working in the food services industry.
· Northern Virginia Certified Food Safety Manager (preferred) or ServSafe certified.
· Demonstrated ability to lead a team.
· Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work both independently and in team situations.
· Ability to use innovative and creative problem solving and analytical thinking skills to organize, clarify, and enhance alternative approaches.
Additional Desired Requirements include demonstrated knowledge of government contracting; working knowledge of Contractor Award Fee development and assessment; familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and General Service Administration Regulations; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills; and project management skills. Working knowledge of MS-Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is also desired.
