Act as a R&D point person for the manufacturing
plant and assist plant operations with trouble shooting, design and/or

Support extended core product development team on

technical experts on a daily basis to understand project needs, establish
development plans & testing requirements, and implement key findings.

as needed for reviewing recommended action plans, as well as receiving
coaching on projects and career plans.
The candidate will interact with Plant Engineering
and Operations on an as needed basis to conduct experiments and trials
and assist in operations troubleshooting needs.
At least 2 years of R&D product
development experience in a CPG company (with Kraft or other Food &
