The R & D
Technologist is responsible to help design, execute, and analyze all R&D
and Continuous Improvements for all of Tillamook County Creamery
Association (TCCA) products and will assist with all R & D and
Continuous Improvements across Tillamook’s portfolio: Cheese, Butter, Whey,
Cultured and Frozen Desserts.
develop superior dairy products and improve process outcomes.

Laboratory: Shared work

slippery surfaces and encountering forklift traffic. Requires standing
