     25% Develop and implement quality programs

     25% Address and resolve safety, regulatory, materials, and performance issues in the plant

     10% Perform daily product(s) evaluation

     10% Conduct physical bakery inspections on a weekly basis

     10% Ensure proper documentation on all food safety programs

     10% Develop and train staff

     5% Manage customer complaints

     5% Prepare , review, and verify reports

Required Skills

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

     Bachelor of science degree, or food technology degree

     5-7 years progressively more responsible food production industry including leadership experience

     Able to lift up to 50 pounds

     Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge in Microsoft office

     Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and projects

     Must be able to work as part of a team

     Strong analytical and problem solving skills

     Occasionally work in cold environments

     Follow all safety and food safety requirements

     Regularly required to climb, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
