Job Description

This position is part of the R&D Global Nutrition Fruit & Vegetable Platform Team, the primary interface with cross-functional global business partners responsible for translating consumer demand into R&D Innovation solutions.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for supporting the platform innovation team by interfacing with functional capabilities, regional R&D partners, and global nutrition R&D strategy. This position's primary function is to analyze data for the global F&V platform

Examples of responsibilities associated with this position are listed below.

  • Partner with regional R&D teams and formula and document management to develop a refreshable global menu of key portfolio offerings to enable "lift and adapt" speed for new market expansions
  • Contribute to the assessment of R&D capabilities required to enable the innovation growth agenda and portfolio pipeline for the juice business
  • Collaborates with others to secure and organize necessary resources to achieve project goals.
  • Develop effective working relationships within the fruit & vegetable R&D teams and cross-functional business partners.
  • Supports and actively seeks out new ways to improve upon team's current procedures and work practices.
  • Effectively applies data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, Accolade) to maximize efficiency.
  • Budget ongoing tracking and delivery of period details
  • Accumulation of any resource allocations that happen with PSP and AOP
  • Monitor the nutrition (PWP) database and analyze the juice portfolio against corporate goals.
  • Work with program management team to track global projects against technical stage gate compliance metrics


  • B.S. or M.S. with 3-5 years of experience is required.
  • Food Science or Food Engineering degree is preferred.
  • Candidate with experience in the consumer foods or beverages industry is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills. Able to organize and analyze complex data to make clear technical recommendations
  • Strong skills in power point, excel
  • Understanding of the product development process (stage gate) with experience bringing a new product to market
  • Basic technical understanding of ingredient functionality and process technology
  • Sound understanding of Experimental Design
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrates strong personal initiative and ability to work both individually and in a team environment
  • Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Able to handle a fast paced and constantly changing work environment
  • Travel 5-10%
