Title: QMS Lead Auditor, Food Safety

We’re accredited to award certification for a broad range of
standards considered worldwide benchmarks for best practice in the food
industry, as well as a range of other nationally and internationally
seeking an experienced Auditor to join our Food Safety group.
· Audit client company's quality
systems for compliance with established standards, including GFSI, Client
Schemes, and other relevant standards.
· Assist clients
with questions relevant to the audit and/or certification process.
· Review food
safety management system (FSMS) and quality system documentation.
· Verify and
document evidence of compliance and non-compliance.

· Review audit
results with coordinator and other assessment team members. Make presentations to clients and/or
certification board concerning audit results, when requested.
· Assist with
corrective action requirements.

overnight/multiple days, to various work-sites and client locations.
· Perform other work as required.
· In-depth knowledge of auditing Food
Safety Management Systems, demonstrated through a combination of education
· Degree in food
science, quality, or a related major.
· 5+ years of
auditing, with industry experience in food safety/quality systems.
· Must have
completed lead auditor training for any FSMS standard; ISO22000 desired, but
will train if needed.
· Strong communication and
