Our client is seeking a food science or chemistry graduate for their pourables research and development team. This R & D position will follow through on the development of the product from the initial ingredients through the quality assurance process. This very fast paced environment requires someone has formulating experience and very strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years development experience with nay type of sauce, marinade, dressing or mayo. This is a critical role in the R & D team and offers the opportunity to build your resume and your skills in a fast growing company. The ideal candidate will have experience in the listed areas and be able to work well with research & development, purchasing, operations, engineering, and the sales group.
