Report (Title): Facility FSQA Manager


Position exists to support the Food Safety & Quality Assurance Department in its endeavor to sustain and grow the business at Kiva Brands through effective monitoring of quality controls and quality assurance programs for the cannabis products manufactured at the manufacturing facility.


  • Responsible for sampling, analytical testing reviews, tracking, and dispositions.
  • Responsible for review of batch records and other manufacturing documentation.
  • Responsible for verification of documentation completion and recordkeeping.
  • Responsibleforthemonitoring quality attributes of the operation.
  • Responsible for the completion of internal audits for the manufacturing facility.
  • Completion of pre-operation inspections and line changeovers, including cleaning and sanitation verifications and recordkeeping.
  • Completion of process control checks for WIP: weights, coding, etcetera.
  • Completion of process control checks for packaging.
  • Responsible for conducting FSQA training sessions and tracking completion.
  • Other duties as assigned.
