What You’ll Be Working On-
gold standard innovative beverage products, line extensions and platforms
that feed the product testing pipeline for both Domestic and International
and analyze trends / competitive landscape to initiate creation of new
in all team activities; culinary innovation, product reviews, tastings,
competitive analysis and leadership events
proper documentation on product formulations, culinary specifications,
processing procedures, testing evaluations, other technical documents and any
supplier communications that allow for consistent and reliable execution in
development and day-to-day functions
the preparation of new products for tastings with marketing, executives,
Franchisee Committees and Field Teams. Participate in all team events, projects and
product preparation and sampling for consumer research (eg. focus groups,
Social Media and Public Relations teams with product, recipe development, or
product demonstrations as needed
existing and develop new supplier relationships in support of innovation
and organization of sampling events internally and externally
maintains ingredient inventory
lab safety and cleanliness
What You’ll Need-
degree in Food Science or related Culinary Scientific field degree preferred
years research and development or manufacturing development and general
or CPG beverage development experience strongly desired
in QSR industry a plus
