Antonina's Artisan Bakery produces
premium all natural healthy bakery products that look and taste great. We
offer two lines, Zen Bakery & Antonina's Artisan Bakery. Our company is
based out of Redmond, WA with a widespread national presence. We service
accounts and have baking facilities up and down the West coast, as well as
the Midwest and Eastern coastline. We are currently selling our all-natural
bakery items in countless national grocers/retailers. Antonina's Natural is
an indulgent line that is made with natural ingredients, including a
gluten-free line of products. Gluten free certified & made in a 100%
dedicated gluten free facility. Indulgence without the guilt.
This position will help develop new
innovative products and platforms for all bakery goods that meet the needs
for our consumers. Provide technical expertise and coordination of new
product development within company guidelines and regulatory standards.
Please note that duties include but are
not limited to the following:
- Create product development
protocols, including formula development, testing and specification
setting. Understands formulas, documentation and work processes.
- Developing, organizing,
managing, and coordinating projects while increasing level of
understanding of products, processes, and methods.
- Research and identifies food
trends relevant to our target consumers and leads team in applying
knowledge to new products and innovations.
- Ensure team understands
business direction and able to develop new recipes that support our
- Be able to predict, diagnose,
and mitigate ingredient or product stability issues impacting product
quality and shelf stability of finished products.
- Prior baking and pastry
- Knowledge in Gluten-free
products and baking procedures
- Culinary or Food Science
- Experience in R&D with
food manufacturing preferred
- Demonstrate ability to
communicate well and to effectively influence and interact with others
to accomplish research goals
- Good understanding of food
industry standards of quality and food safety, and FDA regulations
- Ability to multitask and
manage multiple projects and activities at one time
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Ability to work independently
and willingness to travel
Work environment involves inspecting at
the bakery and 20-30% of office work.
Protective clothing or gear such as
goggles, gloves and shoes may be required for certain duties.
Work requires some physical demands such
as standing, walking in production facility, and lifting of products and few equipment. Others include climbing, crouching, and

Hairnet must be worn anytime you go into
the production area (Bakery only)
