Experience in Food Manufacturing is required,
specifically in Ready to Eat Food Manufacturing. Applicant must have
knowledge of food safety, HACCP, SQF, PCQI and GMP's.
HACCP certification is required.
PCQI certification is desired.
Must have organizational skills and excellent computer
skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Management position will be responsible for maintaining
and ensuring compliance of the HACCP program, Improving the Quality and
Food Safety System and be the primary contact for all Quality, Food Safety
and Regulatory comments and concerns.
Salary will be based on experience.
