Quality Manager is the SQF Practitioner on location, verifying and validating
established quality programs, process controls, SSOP, SPS and HACCP Programs.
Documents quality department functions on incoming ingredients, production
processes and finished goods to ensure compliance. Conducts tests, projects
and process improvements. Investigates customer complaints, assists in
product recall, maintains and verifies all ingredients, packaging materials
and finished products. Works with other departments on continuous improvement
of quality, yields and efficiencies.
- Ensures food
safety, product quality and personnel safety.

developments that affect product specs, quality, processes, yields, etc.
- Develops and
monitors system verifying checks and audits to meet requirements.
- Assures finished
product specification sheets are correct and verified.
- Develops and
trains quality techs and production monitors for HACCP CCP's and control
- Audits and
verifies all weights, temperatures recorded on production line. Takes
corrective actions and determines root cause, implementing corrective
actions and preventative measures.
- Develops and
monitors finished product evaluations.
