Formulate and develop new products from concept to commercialization to meet customer expectations on nutritional profile, ingredient and product attributes.

Education and Experience

  • Considerable knowledge of the types and grades of ingredients used in baking.
  • Knowledge HACCP and GMP’s. BS in Food Science, AIB Certified Baker or Degree in Culinary Arts
  • 5 years’ experience in baker and/or pastry
