SUMMARY : Monitor process and perform routine
QC checks to insure operation process is in control and product meets
standards set by the company. Maintain compliance with all USDA

ensure employee follows proper hygiene for production safety* *
- HACCP Monitoring* *
- Metal Detection Verification* *
- Product/Production line
- Ensuring product safety and
quality meets company standards and specs* *
- Product testing such as pH,
moisture, and product consistency*

Education and Experience:
Minimal High School education or valid work permit.
1 - 3 years of previous experience in Food Processing
Previous experience in Meat Processing preferred.
Previous experience with Scan guns and or TI stations
Language Skills: Must be able to follow verbal instructions in English
and read Basic English.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry
out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions. Ability to deal
with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment and

Responsibility for Quality and Food Safety: All persons employed or associated
with American Custom Meats are responsible for the quality and food safety
of company products. The food safety and quality policies are summarized
and communicated during training sessions.
