is seeking an experienced Quality Manager
to join its winning team in Turlock, CA.
implementing, maintaining, verifying and validating Blue Diamond Growers’
Food Safety and Food Quality programs. Provides technical support to
Production Operations relating to product quality. Adhere to all
procedures and practices associated with Food Safety, Food Security and
Food Quality. Drives the training and implementation of all practices
and procedures associated with Food Safety, Food Security and Food
Quality. Provide direct training on the appropriate procedures and
practices associated with Food Safety, Food Security and Food
Quality. Ensure that all personnel are adhering to the expectations set
forth within these established procedures and practices. Obtain
certification as a SQF Practitioner. Responsible for the
implementing, maintaining, verifying and validating of the Company’s SQF
System; includes HACCP, Food Safety, Food Security and Food Quality.

work or preparing reports on a computer. On call 24 hours a day for emergency
situations. Weekend work not uncommon.
