Job Description



  • Conduct compliance & risk management audits in a variety of food service and related environments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all aspects of work and adhere to all procedures established by Diversey Consulting and its auditing client.
  • Ensure timeliness, consistency, and accuracy in all audits and audit reports.
  • Follow and adhere to all required protocols and procedures of Diversey Consulting and its auditing client.
  • Maintain applicable professional development and training required for audit proficiency.



  • Qualified and certified in food safety (e.g. Certified Professional–Food Safety (CPFS) or equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Bachelor degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Engineering, or related field is desirable.
  • Experience in ANSI approved Food Safety Certification classroom training is a plus.
  • A registered Trainer/ Proctor with an ANSI approved Food Safety certification program.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a food safety or quality assurance role within the food service industry.
  • Knowledge/ experience of vendor assurance, GMP and HACCP programs as well as food safety certification training is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in GMP’s, food safety practices and relevant local FDA regulatory requirements is required.
  • Direct experience performing third party audits (GMP, HACCP or GFSI) is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible within a changing work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word) and Diversey Consulting proprietary auditing tool, iMap.
