Is this you? - You are enjoying the university experience, but you aren’t sure how you fit in the industry. You have an excellent understanding of proteins as complex biomolecules; and their application in food and nutrition fascinates you. You have mastered the micropipette and you can produce picture perfect PAGE gels; but you are aware that this is just the beginning and are very eager to learn first-hand the real world of applied research. We are looking for:

- Preferably junior or senior in a BS Program at a reputed US based research university with a chemistry, biochemistry, food science, nutrition or related focus.

- At least 3-month lab experience in qualitative and quantitative characterization of proteins

- Some exposure to food innovation environment will be a big advantage

- Ability to contribute in a fast paced, research oriented environment and a high appetite for learning

- Ability to take a break from academic engagements for up to 6 months

- If you are a foodie or love cooking, you are likely to enjoy this internship a lot more- Interest in impactful innovation
