Provides leadership and expertise to the Bottling Department
in concert with other winery functions to manufacture finished goods that
meet company objectives in quality, volume, and timing. Works in
collaboration with other business partners to achieve goals in a safe,
effective manner. Oversees the department and is responsible for maintaining
department and Company goals to delivery productivity, efficiency and cost
accountabilities. This position follows standard work methods and practices
safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

o Responsible for department budgeting using diverse resources.

communication, execution of procedures and performance of overall operations.

o Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Packaging or related field
(equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).
o 5+ years production, bottling or maintenance experience in
consumer packaging environment, including 5+ years of managerial experience.
o Robust communication (both verbal & written) skills.
o Wine based packaging experience strongly preferred.
