Food Manufacturing Environment
Bachelor of Science Degree.
Have a minimum of 10 years Quality Control experience in the food industry.
HACCP and FSMA certified.
Experience in food safety, SQF and/or BRC certifications.
Involved with USDA, FDA or Health department inspections.
Knowledge in prevention of allergen cross-contamination.
Familiar with food labeling regulations.
Experience with food microbiological testing.
