Analyst, Quality - Food Safety

 

 

  • BS Degree in Microbiology, Food Microbiology, Food Science or other related field. MS preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in performing standard microbial (pathogen and non pathogen) testing methods across different product matrices
  • 1-2 years of experience in designing and executing microbial challenge studies and shelf life testing across different product matrices
  • 1-2 years of experience of managing a food microbiology laboratory or a supervisory role in a food testing laboratory including management relationships with clients
  • Excellent data management, communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of HACCP, GMPs and SSOPs
  • Working knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements
