Food Safety/Quality Control Manager

for new factory in Red Hook, Brooklyn

Ample Hills Creamery began in the spring of 2011 by husband and wife team Brian Smith and Jackie Cuscuna as a neighborhood shop and community gathering spot where ice cream making was visible for all to see. The company has grown considerably over the last six years with eight locations in the NY area and a location at Walt Disney World in Orlando. As we continue to open shops throughout the country we are also rolling out product in national supermarket chains. And while Ample Hills continues to grow, we remain dedicated to making all our ice cream and mixins from scratch; always in pursuit of the next great flavor. We strive to create the most playful, creative and flavorful ice cream designed to transport people back in time and connect to the kids we used to be.
