Shining Ocean is currently
seeking a QA Manager to lead the food safety program for our company.
This position is the top level QA position in the
company. Prior or current food background with knowledge of Seafood
HACCP preferred. This position will maintain and drive Food Safety and
Quality objectives for the companyís secondary processing

1. Implement and manage all
necessary food safety and quality programs as required by company policy and
applicable regulations. Programs include: Maintain, update and monitor HACCP
program HACCP Policy including review of HACCP records, issuing of
Certificates of Analysis and responding to the
technical needs of our customers and our Business Development Manager.
2. Manage company
product quality program including defining and monitoring quality KPIís to

four year degree in Food Science or Microbiology or
equivalent combination of job experience and education is preferred.
