up of kitchen designs. Responsible for quality and consistency of new
products. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Minimum Education : Bachelor's Degree in Food
Science, Meat Science, Animal Science or related field or 4 years related
work experience. Preferred Education : Related Master's Degree,
CCS® and/or CRC® Certification, HACCP Certification all a plus.
Minimum of 5-7
years' experience in Research & Development. Must have experience in
management, product development and have a working knowledge of food
science. Industry Experience: Preference for poultry or food
