  • Develop recipes & formulations based on product requirements and plant capabilities
  • Develop and maintains ingredient specifications
  • Ensures Full and Accurate documentation of recipes at all stages of development
  • Design, develop and commercialize new / revised products with the goal of meeting cost and nutritional targets
  • Focus on continuous improvement of production and R&D processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance & Sales/Marketing, to ensure products work within internal company and external customer environments
