- Promote the plantís safety

- Effectively monitor and

- Directly supervise the
activities of the Cheese,
Packaging, Milk Receiving, UF, and Whey department
- Schedule and monitor personnel
to ensure proper

policies, procedures, work rules and collective
- Ensure that production and

production/packaging records, Master Cleaning
Sanitation Lists, schedules, incident reports and
investigations, and any other paperwork deemed

- Bachelorís Degree in Dairy
Science, Food Science or a related field, or
equivalent experience preferred with a minimum three
(3) years of supervisory experience in a
cheese/dairy/food production environment. Previous
sanitation experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge and
proficient with computer
programs (i.e. MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Maestro,
