It’s his dare that drives us to be more than an average HR department. Whether you join us in our corporate office in St. Louis, MO, or in one of our U.S. factories, it’s likely you’ll sit next to someone very different from you. Together, we share a singular goal: to drive our business forward by attracting, keeping, and developing the best and brightest talent.
As the HACCP Specialist, you will lead the factory in ensuring that the factory’s HACCP/Food Safety Plan is fully established, effective, and compliant with all regulatory, internal, and external requirements. In addition, you will be the factory’s thermal process expert as well as support all other food safety programs. You will be one of the main contacts for the factory when interacting with Government bodies associated with food safety requirements.
